The two built forms here are designed to compliment each other. Retail block at arrival is designed as a welcome block with greater trasparancy thus forming a landmark at an arterial road and the Hotel block at rear is desinged as an introvert block due to inadequate surroundings. Service areas of Hotel are ventilated through perforated openings designed to enhance the facade design apart from serving the functionality. Outdoor units, panels, facade cleaning system, Overhead water tanks and Lift machine room are all enclosed within the building envelop for both the blocks to form an ideal un-interrupted skyline.
